The Fifth Resouce Group, LLC. designed this buiding for Summers and Oats as a general office building. When US Cancer Management became the owner (occupant) the tenant improvements included this treatment room which is within a concreate vault to contain any radiation. Within four months of operatation US Cancer Management treatment service in such demand they could not take on any additional patients without expanding. This rendering by The Fifth Resource Group, LLC. shows the design of the addition recently approved by the City of Rohnert Park (as a variance to the General Plan).
